Child Acne!

One interesting thing is that the psychological status of adolescents and young adults in general, have come to understand and accept that acne outbreaks are a phase of life. For the period prior to the young child, however, they often find it frustrating and annoying, especially the experience of first outbreaks among their peers or friends. Often, these breakouts occur shortly after puberty, a very difficult and delicate time in the life of a child. Fortunately, there are few common solutions to prevent acne in children.

For a growing child, an unbalanced diet is more likely, in many cases, the cause of infantile acne. This is accompanied by an increase in hormone levels, but for the interruption from any other source, acne will be much easier to treat. Parents should ensure that their children's diet is balanced with a good dose of vitamins and minerals. Fruits and vegetables should be encouraged after meals, because they can do wonders to maintain healthy skin. Avoid fried foods, sodas, and other junk food. These types of foods do not cause acne, but are linked to increased hormone levels. Hormones have been shown to increase the production of sebum in the skin, and eating fatty foods and contribute to the excessive production of oil will not be of any help.

It is common for a child that experiences acne to scratch his face and try to remove them. This is a natural instincts and reflexes. Dirt and other types of bacteria can easily be transferred from their hands, nails-to-face and cause a minor infection This is sufficient to produce more acne. If they have this habit, and are struggling not to scratch instinctively teach and cultivate the habit of washing hands before and after they scratch. Keep them informed of matters relating to personal hygiene. permanent scarring can occur if this continues .
Children are not taught to wash their faces, If they do, they are likely to wash their faces with bar soap, or just to rub their faces and hands with the water. Parents are invited to choose alcohol-free, oil free, mild detergent and warm water for the face. Show them the correct method and cultivate the habit of washing there face at least twice a day. Even better, parents should wash their face with the child.
And once the child can begin to wash his own face, reminding them frequently to keep there hands and face!
